Job summary

Technology Science Corporation is seeking an Audio-Visual/Video-Teleconference Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain AV/VTC systems across federal facilities. You will support 50+ conference rooms and assist VIP events with streaming and presentations.

Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 hours between 6am and 6pm. Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, Secret clearance, SEC+ or CTS certifications, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience with AV/VTC systems for federal agencies.
• Must hold Secret clearance.
• Certifications: SEC+ or CTS.
• No college degree required; knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, install AV/VTC products.
• Resolve Helpdesk tickets for AV/VTC issues; assist customers with AV/VTC operations; support 50+ conference rooms/auditoriums.
• Assist VIP events with AV/VTC event streaming, presentations, and video-audio technical assistance.
• Provide superior customer service with professional tact.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, conduct preventative maintenance, install AV/VTC products
• Resolve Helpdesk tickets for AV/VTC issues; troubleshoot; assist customers with AV/VTC operations; support 50+ conference room/ auditoriums
• Assist VIP events with AV/VTC event streaming, presentations, and video-audio technical assistance
• Demonstrated the ability to provide superior customer service and use political tact in professional dealings

Full-Time, Mon- Fri, 8 hours between 6am – 6pm. On-site work
