Job summary

The VSLO Program Manager at The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inc. will administer the medical school's participation in the AAMC VSLO program, managing the full lifecycle of visiting student elective applications and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.

They will serve as the primary contact for visiting students, departments, faculty, and partners, coordinate affiliation agreements, and maintain records while supporting Registrar and Financial Aid teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency; 4 years of progressively more responsible management experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes; meet institutional goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer VSLO program participation and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage full lifecycle of visiting student electives from catalog to enrollment.
• Serve as primary contact for visiting students, departments, and partners.
• Coordinate affiliations and agreements with institutions and Legal Counsel.
• Develop procedures and monitor program data for improvement.
• Provide cross-training and support Registrar and Financial Aid teams.
