Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for clinical sites where rotations occur, including docs and credentials.
• Work with hospital education departments to ensure Health requirements and access to site EMR.
• Familiarize with VSLO, Clinician Nexus, and MCE platforms for confirmations and onboarding.
• Manage VSLO communications and document uploads (transcripts, letters, evaluations, immunizations).
• Verify student VSLO information and monitor expiring requirements.
• Review VSLO applications twice weekly for release to hosting institutions.
• Provide VSLO user access to students and RDMEs.
• Assist with fee-related rotations and accounts payable/receivable documentation.
• Maintain OMS scheduling grid and ensure active affiliation agreements.
• Submit CREs and SERs on time; run weekly CRE reports.
• Coordinate out-of-catchment rotations with partner sites and assist with payments.
• Proctor NBOME COMAT exams and order exams for students.
• Provide clinical site data for accreditation reporting.
• Assist credentialing with preceptor CVs/adjunct applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by ATSU-SOMA Deans and Clinical Education Directors.
