Job summary

Norbryhn NSW is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead development, quoting, coordination, and management of VRV/VRF projects across our Boise territory. This role works closely with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners to identify project opportunities, review plans and specifications, prepare equipment proposals, and support projects from design through completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of VRV/VRF systems, HVAC design

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience on commercial projects.
• Experience with VRV/VRF systems and estimating.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and specs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-project management.
• Direct experience with Daikin VRV systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to identify VRV opportunities.
• Prepare equipment selections, takeoffs, pricing, and quotations.
• Manage VRV/VRF projects from design to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, owners, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Track opportunities, bids, and milestones.
• Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Identify new opportunities and expand market presence.
