Job Title: VRF Manager - HVAC

Job Summary:
The VRF Manager is responsible for the effective planning, implementation, and management of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems. This role involves overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of VRF systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The VRF Manager will collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality VRF solutions in commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Plan and manage VRF HVAC projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of VRF systems into building designs.

2. Design Oversight:
- Review and approve VRF system designs to meet project specifications and local building codes.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize VRF configurations for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

3. Installation Supervision:
- Oversee the installation of VRF systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of installations and address any issues that may arise.

4. Commissioning and Testing:
- Lead the commissioning process for VRF systems to verify proper functionality and performance.
