Trane Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a VRF Systems Account Manager to lead the regional VRF business strategy, develop long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and building owners, and drive energy-efficient building solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, provide technical and financial guidance, and work to deliver total-solution outcomes for diverse commercial customers across the Heart of Texas region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a BA/BS degree.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with at least 12 months of driving experience and clean record.

Responsabilités

• Handle project take-off, selection, pricing, and selling strategy for VRF projects.
• Provide VRF system solutions including financial and performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; coordinate acquisition teams as needed.
• Convert leads to opportunities by defining the sales process and next steps.
