Job summary

Lennox is seeking a VRF Sales Manager in Dallas to drive growth by building consultative relationships with engineers, reps, and contractors. You will design, specify, and implement VRF systems while expanding Lennox's market presence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering or technical sales, strong presentation skills, and a deep knowledge of commercial HVAC and VRF technologies. This is a salaried role with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in engineering, technical sales, or commercial HVAC.
• VRF sales or application experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, reps, and contractors to secure VRF specifications.
• Provide technical expertise to help customers select VRF systems.
• Educate engineers and contractors on current and future VRF offerings through trainings.
• Collaborate with Territory and National Account Managers to identify opportunities.
• Serve as subject matter expert on VRF applications and design guidelines.
• Guide on building codes and ASHRAE standards.
