Job summary

Carrier is seeking a South Central & Southeastern US Technical Service Manager to lead VRF/Ductless field support and training across the region. The role focuses on pre- and post-sales technical assistance, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with distributors, contractors, and end-users.

Ideal candidates have a 4+ year VRF/Ductless background with a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of field experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years VRF/Ductless field experience, or 7+ years VRF/Ductless field experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Quiet remote space with high-speed internet to work from when not traveling.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance to Direct Sales and Distributor customers and Carrier offices in assigned territory.
• Conduct multi-day hands-on VRF installation and service training for contractors and other technical service managers.
• Develop training materials for technical meetings and distributor events.
• Provide onsite Jobsite assistance for installation, troubleshooting, and start up; coordinate warranty issues.
• Track and report monthly expenses and support corporate policies and initiatives.
