Tutor is seeking a focused VR Robot Operator to remotely control robotic systems via VR headset and controllers. You will complete structured pick-and-place objectives with precision, accuracy, and safety in mind, contributing to robot performance improvements and learning.

Strong spatial awareness, detail orientation, and clear communication are essential. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, responding to issues, and providing first-line technical support using approved procedures.

Qualifications

• Able to operate a VR headset and handheld controllers for scheduled periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Able to perform controlled, precise movements at a steady pace.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to interpret system alerts and follow troubleshooting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Remotely control robotic systems using VR headset and controllers to complete pick-and-place objectives.
• Identify, pick up, move, and place specified items accurately and safely.
• Monitor robot performance and respond to operational issues.
• Provide first-line technical support according to approved procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate operation records.
