Job summary

State Street Wealth Services - Wealth Custody and Clearing seeks a Business Risk Advisor AVP specializing in Fraud Risk to serve as the fraud risk subject matter expert across the business. The role focuses ~80% on fraud risk management with ~20% on broader risk advisory duties, collaborating with Operations, IT, Compliance and Legal to strengthen controls and monitoring.

You will lead risk assessments, define governance, monitor KPIs, and coordinate incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience in fraud risk management or related field.
• Experience in regulated financial services (banking, custody, etc.).
• Proven ability to design and monitor fraud risk controls and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the fraud risk framework and governance.
• Lead fraud risk assessments across products and processes.
• Develop preventive and detective fraud controls.
• Monitor fraud KPIs and analyze trends for remediation.
• Coordinate incident response and remediation tracking.
• Provide risk reporting to senior management.
