Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas (PE) is required.
• 20+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with municipal focus.
• Strong leadership, client management, and business development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the Texas Water/Wastewater practice.
• Drive business development and client relationships with Texas municipalities and regional utilities.
• Oversee planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and contribute to long-term practice growth and succession planning.
