Job summary

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) seeks a Vice President, VBC Network Development to drive national MSK VBC network recruitment, provider engagement, and operational strategy. You will collaborate with clinical operations, analytics, and client leadership to shape programs and performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic materials for executives, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement across markets. Some travel is required to support national efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MHA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare consulting, network development, provider engagement, or value-based care operations.
• Experience with provider groups in value-based networks and performance improvement.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead national go-to-market and network recruitment strategy for MSK VBC programs.
• Oversee provider engagement, enrollment, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with VBC leadership, Marketing, Analytics, Legal and Medical Directors to support network outcomes.
• Develop and present materials for executive meetings and the board.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
