Job summary

HOPCo is seeking a Vice President to lead VBC Network Development, designing and executing the national network recruitment and engagement strategy for MSK VBC programs. You will work with clinical operations, analytics, and client leadership to align networks with program goals and enhance provider engagement across markets.

You will collaborate with legal, medical directors, and care management to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of value-based networks.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership and cross-functional collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills for network recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage senior executives, clinicians, payers and health partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead national go-to-market and network recruitment strategy for MSK VBC programs.
• Oversee provider engagement and onboarding processes to align with program goals.
• Develop standardized data reports and materials for executive discussions and Board meetings.
