Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Nova Performance to join a leader in the Healthcare space. The role will own performance strategy across a broad provider network, focusing on value-based care, ACO, and risk-based contract outcomes.

It translates data into action, aligns cross-functional teams, and drives measurable improvements in quality, cost, and total cost of care performance. Remote - US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare operations (ACO, value-based care) or equivalent.
• Experience owning performance targets across large provider networks.
• Ability to translate strategy into operating models and action plans.
• Strong executive communication to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive performance results for ACO and risk contracts.
• Set strategic vision and multi-quarter roadmap for provider performance.
• Lead and develop teams across provider success and performance functions.
• Ensure data-driven action plans address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with analytics to turn data into strategic insights.
• Manage escalations and relationships with executive provider leaders.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts on total-cost-of-care strategies.
