Job summary

phsorg in the United States seeks a Director of Provider Network Servicing and Value-Based Payments to lead strategy and performance of provider servicing and VBP programs across lines of business.

You will collaborate with contracting, medical economics, clinical operations, and finance to optimize total cost of care, improve quality, and strengthen provider relationships, while driving adoption of value-based models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6 additional years of experience can substitute for degree.
• Minimum 10 years in provider relations, contracting, claims processing, coding, and customer service in managed care; 5+ years in progressive leadership.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies (FFS, capitation, shared savings, risk-based models).
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills; able to operate in complex multi‑institutional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider servicing operations, issue resolution, and relationship management.
• Escalate complex issues and implement root-cause remediation.
• Establish standardized servicing models, workflows, and performance expectations.
• Oversee development of provider dashboards and performance reporting.
• Drive adoption of value-based payment programs and align with contracting strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Economics to develop financial models and incentives.
