Job summary

Equality Health seeks a VP of VBC Impact & Strategy to lead assessment of its value-based care model across clinical, financial, and patient outcomes. You will craft evidence-based value narratives for external stakeholders and shape payer/provider strategy with cross-functional teams.

The role builds enterprise capabilities for ongoing VBC impact evaluation, partnering with Medical Economics, Actuarial, Clinical, Operations, and Growth groups to define metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in value-based care, healthcare analytics, or related field.
• Significant experience with payers, providers, and health plans.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Impact Framework and measure clinical, financial, operational, and patient outcomes.
• Develop external value stories for payers, providers, and state agencies.
• Shape enterprise strategy and cross-functional partnerships to drive performance.
• Define measures of success and translate findings into strategic actions.
