Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a seasoned executive to lead US site management and operations for its GI and Hepatology network. You will drive performance, revenue, and operational excellence across 50+ US sites with direct accountability for results.

You'll oversee Regional Directors, Site Managers, and research staff while partnering with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional leaders to scale the network and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations in high-growth environments.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue growth, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance across US GI site network.
• Set strategy and operating model to scale the network and improve study execution.
• Lead a team of Regional Directors and partner with Principal Investigators and sponsors.
