Acrisure is seeking a Vice President, U.S. Compliance to build and lead the enterprise compliance program for U.S.-based businesses.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this executive will ensure operations align with laws, regulations and internal policies, working with Global Compliance to identify risks and implement prevention strategies. Qualifications

• Deep understanding of laws and regulations affecting insurance and financial services.
• Strong knowledge of compliance best practices, internal control frameworks, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development and maintenance for Legal & Compliance policies across the company.
• Coordinate regulatory monitoring and implement updates in response to changes.
• Assess risks with ERM and support mitigation planning across businesses.
• Monitor adherence to governance documents and conduct periodic compliance reviews.
• Coordinate regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations with regulators.
• Prepare regular compliance reports and develop dashboards for transparency.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, Finance and others to align on compliance initiatives.
• Travel as needed for meetings and regulatory interactions.
