Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the trust and estates industry.
• Experience in the administration and support of trusts including general fiduciary knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Open trust accounts and set up records; interpret governing instrument and tax records.
• Respond to client issues and participate in client meetings with the Trust Officer.
• Work with Tax Officers on income, gift, estate taxes for the trust/estate and beneficiaries.
• Assist with discretionary distributions; coordinate with co-trustee for approvals.
• Manage day-to-day administration; monitor risk and ensure exceptions are addressed.
• Communicate with investors regarding investment matters and liquidity needs.
• Participate in departmental projects and committees.
