Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Trust Administrator within the Global Trusts & Estates Practice in Jackson, WY. You will manage account setup, beneficiary communications, and day-to-day administration under the Trust Officer, ensuring fiduciary duties are met.

Responsibilities include document analysis, tax coordination, and collaboration with internal and external advisers to grow client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in the trust and estates industry.
• Fiduciary products knowledge helpful for the role.
• Excellent client servicing and relationship management required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open estate or trust accounts with the Account Opening Group.
• Interpret governing instruments and ensure proper set-up of records and tax information.
• Analyze wills and trust documents for legal, tax, administrative, and investment issues.
• Manage day-to-day administration and minimize service issues.
• Collaborate with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Maintain beneficiary information and prudent fiduciary duties.
• Partner with clients’ other advisers to support comprehensive trust services.
• Develop and deepen client relationships and cross-sell with Wealth Advisors.
