JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Wealth Management Trust Administrator in New York to join the Global Trusts & Estates Practice.

You will support trust account setup, beneficiary communications, and ongoing administration under the Trust Officer, while managing risk and client relationships. The role emphasizes fiduciary expertise, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with Tax Officers, counsel, and investment teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the trust and estates industry.
• Experience with fiduciary products, tax and investments knowledge.
• Strong problem solving, risk management and judgment.
• Proven client servicing and relationship-building skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to cross-sell and retain clients.
• Proficient with trust accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up trust accounts; interpret governing instruments and laws.
• Interact with beneficiaries and co-trustees; prepare administrative procedures.
• Coordinate with Tax Officers and counsel on taxes for trusts.
• Prepare memoranda on discretionary distributions; obtain approvals.
• Oversee daily administration and manage risk using reporting tools.
• Communicate investment matters and liquidity needs to Investors.
• Participate in committees and special projects within the department.
• Minimize risk by appropriate steps and ensure proper documentation.
