Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trust Administrator for the Global Trusts & Estates Practice. You will supervise the setup of estate and trust accounts, ensure records are correct, and communicate with beneficiaries and co-trustees to outline procedures.

You will work with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve issues, assist the Trust Officer in maintaining client information, and partner with Wealth Advisors, Bankers and other Trust Officers to grow the trust and estate business.

Qualifications

• Experience in the trust and estates industry.
• Understanding fiduciary products and concepts including legal, tax and investments.
• Proactive client servicing and relationship management.
• Clear communication and teamwork; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Open estate or trust accounts with the Account Opening Group and ensure proper setup of records.
• Interpret governing instruments and applicable law for account setup, including payments and tax records; communicate with beneficiaries and co-trustees.
• Analyze wills and trust documents for legal, tax and investment issues; coordinate service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day account administration and minimize service issues.
• Collaborate with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Assist Trust Officer in maintaining beneficiary records and fiduciary duties; provide superior client service.
• Partner with clients' advisors to support structured trust services and estate planning.
