Ascendo Resources seeks a senior treasury leader to connect treasury management sales, client solutions, and digital banking innovation across U.S. and Latin American markets.
You will lead a treasury management team, shape strategy, oversee complex implementations, and partner with technology, operations, and compliance to deliver payments and cash management solutions for commercial clients.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of banking experience with treasury management focus
- Experience leading treasury management sales or service teams
- Experience with cash management, international payments, wires, receivables/payables, and treasury implementations
Responsabilités
- Lead and coach a treasury management team, strengthening consultative sales and client service.
- Develop strategies to grow treasury fee income, deepen client relationships, and expand adoption of payment and cash management services.
- Guide treasury product strategy, pricing, and market analysis to identify opportunities and improve competitiveness.
- Serve as a business product owner for online and mobile banking enhancements, translating client needs into prioritized requirements.
- Oversee complex treasury implementations, onboarding, and migrations with stakeholders to meet commitments.
