Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President on the Corporate Development Travel, Dining, and Lounge team within the Consumer & Community Bank. You will lead end-to-end partnership deals, deepen existing relationships, and identify new partners to enhance travel benefits and customer experiences across channels.

You will work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and other partners to structure deals, negotiate terms, and manage post-deal performance, driving value and market-leading outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Significant partnership, strategy, and deal execution experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication for senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across departments and lines of business.
• Strong contract literacy and ability to lead redlines with Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional negotiations and partner agreements from strategy to execution.
• Develop partnership strategy with lines of business and analyze key elements.
• Prepare partner proposals detailing vision, economics, and product integration.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other partners on business cases and terms.
• Translate objectives into commercial terms, including data use and SLAs, and lead contract review.
• Monitor external environment for competitive moves and identify opportunities.
• Own full lifecycle of travel partnerships from sourcing to post-deal governance.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead partner conversations with data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure all partnerships adhere to policies and Corporate Development procedures.
