OneRail is seeking a visionary Vice President of Transportation to lead strategy, network development, and financial performance of the transportation business. You will partner with executive leadership to set long-term direction and ensure scalable, customer-centric operations.

This role demands deep expertise in multi-modal transportation, procurement, pricing strategy, and AI-enabled analytics to drive margins, service quality, and growth across North American markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Develop and execute a multi-year transportation strategy aligned with OneRail’s objectives.
• Define scalable transportation network strategies for multi-modal capabilities.
• Lead Logistics Partner management including capacity, pricing, and service quality.
• Oversee pricing strategy and customer negotiations to sustain profitability.
• Establish governance, risk management, and compliance across the network.
