Professional Engineering Consultants Limited is seeking an industry-leading executive to steer our transportation practice in Oklahoma City. You will lead Project Managers, shape market strategies, and drive multi-million-dollar pipelines while managing contracts and client relationships.

Strong leadership, proposal development, and travel readiness are essential. The role focuses on delivering strategic plans, fiscal accountability, and long-term partnerships with state DOTs and transportation

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in the AE consulting industry preferred.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual sales development or project management.
• PE license required; bachelor’s degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PEC’s purpose and vision to clients and staff.
• Manage, mentor, and lead Project Managers within assigned Market(s).
• Lead opportunity pursuit, proposals, and contracts within Market(s).
• Oversee contract negotiation and client enrollment projects within Market(s).
• Develop and manage market-specific strategic plans and revenue goals.
• Provide reports on contingent liabilities, contract expense, and risk.
• Build relationships with Clients and their key decision makers.
• Supervise the Strategy division to foster a high-performance culture.
