Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in planning, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years leading transportation planning and studies.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA processes.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and client relations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation planning, feasibility, and corridor studies from initiation to completion.
• Pursue and win opportunities through client engagement, proposals, and industry involvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with transportation agencies, municipalities, MPOs, and industry partners.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
