Job summary

Egis is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our Oklahoma City team. You will lead transportation design projects, manage client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions for ODOT, OTA and municipal clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, an OK professional license or plan to obtain it within 6 months, and bring business development and proposal leadership experience in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience on transportation projects; OK OTA projects a plus.
• Professional License in OK or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Business development and marketing experience in OK; able to lead proposals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects for ODOT, OTA and municipal clients.
• Direct/perform engineering calculations from preliminary to final design.
• Develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Develop client relationships and business development.
• Coordinate with project staff, disciplines, sub-consultants, clients, reviewers.
• Manage project budgets, scope, fees, proposals, and contracts.
• Schedule work for team members to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure efficient use of staff and high-quality service.
