Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee market-specific strategic plans aligning with the firm’s goals.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers within assigned Market(s).
• Direct opportunity identification, Go/No-Go decisions, proposals, and contracts.
• Oversee contract negotiations, execution, and enrollment projects within markets.
• Develop relationships with Clients and key decision makers to drive revenue.
• Travel as needed to support client engagement and project pursuit.
