Qualifications

• Extensive experience reading and analyzing RFP requirements and developing proposal strategies.
• Organized, self-starter with ability to adapt to market trends and competitors.
• Proven track record in building client relationships and expanding business.
• Strong experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to grow revenues and pipeline year over year.
• Experience managing proposal and presentation development.
• Strong client interviewing skills and excellent written/oral communication.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PEC’s purpose and vision to clients and staff.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers within assigned Market(s).
• Mentor Project Managers outside assigned Market(s).
• Lead opportunity identification, Go/No-Go, pursuit, proposals, and contracts.
• Oversee contract negotiation, execution, and enrollment projects.
• Lead Client Service Managers as assigned.
• Develop and manage market-specific strategic plans aligned to PEC strategy.
• Deliver market revenue and profit goals per budgets.
• Manage profit and loss of assigned markets.
• Provide timely reports on liabilities, contract expenses, and risk.
• Develop trusting relationships with client decision makers.
• Conduct debriefs to extract lessons learned and best practices.
• Represent the company at functions and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Coach and develop Strategy division staff for high performance.
• Other projects may be added at the company’s discretion.
