Goldman Sachs' Global Transportation Finance team in New York seeks a Vice President to lead origination, structuring and execution of complex securitizations and asset-based financings for aircraft, ships, rails, and trucking clients.

You will coordinate with IBD Classic, Global Markets, Credit Risk, Legal and Compliance to deliver the full spectrum of capabilities, manage deal teams, and drive investor communications and rating agency processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution.
6+ years’ relevant work experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and integrity.
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.

Responsabilités

Lead origination, design, and structural engineering of complex securitizations and asset-based financing transactions.
Oversee deal teams and source opportunities, executing while guiding juniors.
Structure customized capital that optimizes leverage and pricing for transportation clients.
Direct end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence and credit approval processes.
Negotiate credit agreements and related legal documents with internal and external counsels.
Own rating agency processes and investor marketing, including roadshows.
