Job summary

Sedgwick in the United States seeks a Vice President, Business Transformation to lead major process initiatives and partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide value. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, apply data-driven insights, and embed change management to ensure sustainable performance improvements across insurance and financial services contexts.

This executive role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable

Qualifications

10 years of related experience in business transformation with management responsibilities.
Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and focus on high-value, enterprise-critical initiatives.
Design and deliver transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
Lead data-driven process redesign and technology-enabled improvements.
Drive deployment of innovative use cases with tech and business leaders.
Apply analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
Execute change management to drive adoption and alignment at all levels.
Provide strategic insight and executive communication in leadership discussions.
Track outcomes and manage risks to sustain continuous improvement.
