Job summary

Chase is seeking an experienced transformation leader to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will oversee CSP21 priorities, develop executive-ready reports, and coordinate cross-functional inputs across Transformation, Product, Technology, Finance, and Change Management.

This role partners with the Head of Marketing Transformation to drive governance and ensure timely decisions, risk mitigation, and value realization within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business management, transformation, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading executive reporting, governance, or business management processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of CSP21 priorities, milestones, risks, and executive commitments.
• Coordinate reporting inputs across Transformation, Product, Technology, Finance, and Change Management.
• Develop and maintain scorecards and dashboards tracking KPIs and OKRs.
• Partner with Finance to track transformation investments, forecasts, and value realization.
• Support governance forums, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Identify gaps and risks; drive timely resolution or escalation.
• Improve reporting standards, templates, and source information for accuracy.
• Support annual planning and executive readiness across CSP21 initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Marketing Transformation and influence stakeholders.
