Qualifications

• Significant experience in business management, strategy, chief of staff, or COO-type roles within financial services.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in pipeline analysis, revenue tracking, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Excellent cross-divisional stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving alignment across large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution & Analytics: drive strategic initiatives and analytics for coverage.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting aligned with the firmwide cycle.
• Monitor team performance through pipeline and revenue analysis with Finance.
• Connect Product and Coverage to enable product commercialization and alignment.
• Lead high-impact analyses for growth campaigns and market penetration.
