Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field.
• 7+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial modeling, and FP/visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial guidance to divisional leadership by analyzing KPIs and variances.
• Develop driver-based financial models and multi-year forecasts using data from multiple systems.
• Create P&L statements for Operations and Risk within Enterprise Partnerships to identify drivers.
• Prepare quarterly earnings narratives and stress-test scenarios for leadership.
• Analyze profitability drivers like originations, vendor costs, and prepayments to advise on capital allocation.
