Qualifications

• Experience assessing operational risk, market conditions, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Experience interfacing with trading counterparties and internal teams to handle escalations and risk issues.
• Experience providing operational support to FX trading desks and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and provide oversight of processes and performance for the group.
• Oversee multiple deliverables in time-sensitive environments and meet KRIs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Loan teams in London and Bengaluru on global initiatives.
• Monitor loan documentation and ensure accurate data capture in internal systems.
• Manage regulatory reporting related to bank loans and risk management.
• Coordinate with agent banks, transfer agents, and external partners on positions and cash discrepancies.
