Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President in Dallas for Global Banking & Markets Operations, Private Transaction Banking Onboarding. You will lead onboarding, KYC/CIP due diligence, and client setup, coordinating with Legal, Risk, and Compliance across jurisdictions.

You will manage a small pod, mentor colleagues, and drive timeline efficiency while delivering a superior client experience from pre‑go‑live to go‑live and post‑live support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/CIP due diligence within US, UK, and European policy.
• Experience with onboarding, due diligence, and client documentation processes.
• Ability to manage a small pod and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and due diligence for clients, including documentation and go-live.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to support complex onboarding across jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop a pod within the US Onboarding team, managing throughput metrics and reporting.
• Identify process improvements to shorten go-live timelines and enhance client experience.
• Act as escalation point for client issues and cross-team challenges to ensure smooth delivery.
