Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related quantitative field and two years of experience in the offered role.
Proficient Excel with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; identify control and exposure points to improve processes.
Familiarity with Risk Management, Operations Risk Framework, KRIs, RCSA, and project management tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

Establish new accounts and understand client account structures and documentation requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance with Client Identification Program, FINCen and other obligations.
Coordinate with wealth management teams to ensure correct and timely client documents and product requests.
Resolve issues with Compliance, Legal and AML teams and improve the account opening workflow.
