Goldman Sachs seeks a seasoned Client Implementation Vice President for the Transaction Banking Operations and Client Experience teams in Dallas. You will lead complex client implementations across TxB products, shaping solutions with Coverage and Product Solutions, guiding go-live and handover to Client Service.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage project plans, ensure risk controls, and travel occasionally to client sites.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of banking industry experience, 6+ years in a client-facing role.
Expertise in Transaction Banking client implementation.
Knowledge of ERP and TMS systems.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.

Responsabilidades

Lead differentiated client experience across the implementation journey for Transaction Banking products and services.
Unblock implementation challenges by collaborating across internal teams.
Develop detailed go-live project plans and governance materials.
Serve as a product subject matter expert for complex global client implementations.
Ensure risk and control requirements are embedded and complied with.
Establish clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders on status and blockers.
Oversee post go-live support and transition to Client Service.
