Southwire Company, LLC seeks a senior leader to direct Total Rewards and P&C technology strategy. The role ensures compensation, benefits, executive compensation, recognition, wellness, and HRIS platforms are competitive, compliant, and scalable while aligning with business objectives.

The role partners with executive leadership, the Board, Finance, Legal, IT, and P&C leaders to drive an integrated employee experience through market-aligned rewards and data-driven governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, IT or related field.
• 15+ years in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, P&C systems, HRIS, analytics, executive comp, or P&C operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance of Total Rewards and P&C technology programs.
• Oversee design and administration of compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, recognition, and executive pay programs.
• Manage P&C platforms including HRIS, learning systems, and analytics tools.
• Advise CEO and leadership on rewards, analytics, and systems strategy.
