AppFolio, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to shape how we invest in and retain top talent.

You’ll evolve the Total Rewards strategy, aligning it with the company’s talent roadmap and future of work, while partnering with the executive team and Compensation Committee. You will lead compensation, equity and benefits programs, driving data-driven decisions and governance with executive presence and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Total Rewards expertise across compensation, equity and benefits.
• Strategic vision to align rewards with business goals.
• Experience with Compensation Committee and Board engagement.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Executive presence and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Change leadership and operational rigor in large organizations.
• 12+ years in Total Rewards; 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Total Rewards strategy to align with future of work and AI.
• Partner with senior leaders on executive compensation and governance.
• Shape multi-year benefits strategy and governance.
• Undertake pay equity analyses and governance improvements.
• Develop leaders and build a high-performing Total Rewards team.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal and HR functions to align talent strategy.
