Job summary

Uber Freight seeks a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and equity for 4,000 employees across North America, Europe and India. You will be a trusted partner on the Uber Freight People Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief People Officer, and will shape the design, development, enablement, and implementation of the Total Rewards strategy.

You will oversee strategy, governance, M&A activities related to rewards programs, and stock compensation, ensuring market

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR/Total Rewards experience with at least 5 years in Total Rewards leadership roles.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building, leading and working with matrixed teams.
• Exposure to best-in-class HR from other companies of similar size and stage of transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic thinking and oversee execution of the Uber Freight Total Rewards function to design, propose, implement, and communicate compensation and benefits strategy.
• Responsible for management of all activities, results, and resources within Uber Freight Total Rewards.
• Accountable for all compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition offerings at Uber Freight.
• Partner with business leaders, Chief People Officer, CEO and Uber Freight Board to define and implement a compelling total rewards strategy.
• Lead Total Rewards M&A activities including due diligence and integration of programs.
• Forecast, manage and report on ongoing share utilization and stock compensation.
