Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a VP, FCM, Tokenization & Stablecoin Compliance Officer to lead the firm’s expansion into digital asset markets from New York City or Chicago. You will build a scalable compliance program for FCM registration, NFA membership, and stablecoin initiatives, in partnership with Kalshi and other stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in regulatory roles, with 5+ years in futures/derivatives (FCM) compliance and/or stablecoin or tokenization regulatory compliance, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; J.D. or other advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years of Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Services experience, including 5+ years on futures/derivatives (FCM) or stablecoin/tokenization regulatory compliance.
• Deep understanding of CFTC and NFA rules governing FCM and derivatives, plus experience with stablecoin issuance, custody, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance function for DriveWealth’s FCM registration and NFA membership.
• Design, implement, and maintain compliant frameworks for stablecoin/tokenization activities.
• Oversee regulatory examinations, reporting, and interaction with CFTC, NFA, and state regulators.
