DriveWealth is seeking a VP, FCM, Tokenization & Stablecoin Compliance Officer to lead regulatory programs in either New York, Chicago, or remote locations in the U.S. You will build scalable compliance for FCM registration, NFA membership, and digital asset initiatives, guiding policy, governance, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications
- 12+ years in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Services.
- 5+ years focused on futures/derivatives (FCM) or stablecoin/tokenization regulatory compliance.
- Deep understanding of CFTC and NFA rules for futures and derivatives.
- Experience building or scaling a compliance program for new products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the compliance program for FCM registration, NFA membership, and stablecoin/tokenization.
- Advise on cross‑jurisdictional regulatory obligations for digital assets and prediction markets.
- Design and maintain WSPs and governance policies for custody and reserves.
- Lead regulatory examinations and coordinate inquiries with authorities.
