• Proven track record leading complex, cross functional programs with senior level exposure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Communication: develop strategy and execution plans for digital asset initiatives across Wealth Management.
• Prepare high impact materials for governance forums to drive decision making.
• Lead executive level communications for program objectives and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of complex workstreams involving digital assets and digital custody.
• Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Front Office to operationalize capabilities.
• Serve as SME on digital assets and advise operating models, custody, and settlement flows.
• Stay current with tokenization, blockchain, crypto market structure, and regulatory developments.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal/external partners on strategy and design.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear analyses and recommendations.
• Lead assessments of workflows and design scalable end-to-end operating models.
• Identify risks and define mitigation; lead change management for new launches.
