Morgan Stanley seeks a Vice President to lead Third-Party Due Diligence within the Global Third-Party Program Management team in Dallas, TX. The role drives end-to-end project delivery, guides assessment teams, and advances continuous improvement across external vendor risk programs.

Qualifications

  • Ten+ years of experience leading third-party risk assessments or major programs.
  • Experience in governance, planning, execution, and senior stakeholder reporting.
  • Financial services industry experience with focus on Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery.
  • Strong change management and ability to influence across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables for program initiatives.
  • Lead change management, including process redesign, stakeholder adoption, implementation planning, and communications.
  • Coach assessment teams and foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance operating model.
  • Present findings to management and governance bodies, including concise responses to regulatory requests.
  • Prepare executive and regulator level presentations and supporting materials at strategic and technical levels.
  • Review and update key process documents such as policies, procedures, and desktop guidance.
