Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President to lead Third-Party Due Diligence within the Global Third-Party Program Management team. This role drives complex project delivery, guides assessment teams, and advances continuous improvement to strengthen the firm’s ability to assess operational disruption, oversee resilience standards, and mitigate risk across external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading high-performing third-party risk assessment teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in team operations, assessments or major projects, preferably in risk or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a similar field.
  • Professional qualifications from industry standard institutions such as ISACA are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables for program initiatives with transparent reporting.
  • Lead change management efforts, including process redesign and stakeholder adoption within the due diligence assessment process.
  • Coach assessment team members to achieve objectives and foster a high-performance operating model.
  • Build relationships with strategic stakeholders to ensure transparency of the assessment function.
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
