Job summary

You will manage multi-destination construction, collaborate with HR on team growth, and maintain project budgets and schedules, while delivering against executive objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in resort design and development of Entertainment or Hospitality projects.
• Proven experience leading a Team through large complex attraction and resort projects from beginning to end.
• 15+ years of experience managing and negotiating with external vendors and partnerships.
• Experience in development and management of major projects with hospitality/entertainment/theme parks.
• Proven ability to present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and business direction of destination and design development, including major attractions, food & retail, and live entertainment venues.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, and project completion within approved budgets.
• Oversee procurement, prequalification, contracting, and performance of designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure designs meet Universal’s quality and safety standards and align with guest experience targets.
• Foster engagement and development of project teams and cross-functional partners.
