Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Vice President of Development & Delivery to provide strategic oversight of destination and design development, including major attractions, CityWalk, hotels, and landscapes. You will lead budgeting, scheduling, design, construction, and guest-experience targets within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in resort design and development of Entertainment or Hospitality projects.
• Proven experience leading a team through large complex attraction and resort projects.
• 15+ years of experience managing external vendors and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership on master plan design, including roadways, landscaping, hotels, CityWalk, and parking structures.
• Oversee procurement, contracting, and performance of Contractors, Vendors, Designers, and Fabricators for major developments.
• Ensure designs meet Universal’s quality and safety standards and align with budget, schedule, and guest experience targets.
• Lead HR partnerships for hiring and development of project teams; foster team growth and engagement.
• Deliver final guest experiences that meet approved objectives and ensure seamless handoffs to operations.
