Qualifications

• Experience managing technology operations in financial services, fintech, or similarly regulated environments.
• 3–5 years leading and developing people.
• Technical breadth across infrastructure, architecture, and information security.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and data platforms and their secure integration.

Responsibilities

• Set technology priorities aligned with Bank goals and translate into project plans with tracking against targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across infrastructure, network, data services, and end-user support.
• Lead the implementation of new technology services and products, including hardware and software purchasing.
• Manage the Bank’s core banking system and processor relationships for reliable performance and integration.
• Partner with Risk Management to lead cybersecurity strategy and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Maintain security controls, incident detection, and operational risk management.
